1. Laboratory environmental conditions:
The laboratory used for installing instruments should have a good external environment. The laboratory should be located in a place without strong electromagnetic fields and strong thermal radiation sources nearby, and should not be built near equipment and workshops that generate severe vibrations. It should avoid direct sunlight, smoke, polluted airflow, and water vapor.
The internal environment of the laboratory should be kept clean, with an indoor temperature controlled between 0-40 ℃ and a relative humidity of less than 70%.
2. Laboratory equipment conditions:
The volume of the instrument host is 760m × 980m × 1100m (length x width x height), and a distance of no less than 0.5 meters from the wall should be left around the bottle washing machine for your operation and future maintenance.
The laboratory should be equipped with tap water (similar to a fully automatic washing machine). The tap water pressure should not be less than 0.1MPA. If two pure water washes are required, a pure water source (not less than 60L water bucket) should be provided. The instrument has been equipped with a booster pump for water inlet. The instrument is equipped with a 4-wire water distribution pipe at the factory.
3. Laboratory power distribution requirements:
The laboratory should be equipped with AC 220V, and its incoming wire diameter should not be less than 4mm2. Require a single-phase air protection switch with a capacity of 32A to be connected. The instrument has an exposed cable of 5 meters,
4. Instrument requirements:
(1) Two water sources are required: tap water requires a 4-point external thread interface, pure water tanks or pipelines require a 4-point external thread, and the inlet pipe length is 2 meters.
(2) Require there to be drainage near the instrument, which should be the same as the drainage pipe of the washing machine. The length of the drainage pipe should be 2 meters, and the height of the drainage outlet should not exceed 0.5 meters.
5. The instrument should be reliably grounded:
The ground wire should be led out directly from a metal copper plate buried underground at a depth of less than 1 meter and connected to the ground wire end of the power supply incoming line.
